OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. One entry per person.
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.The Prize Drawing is open only to legal residents living in the United States who are at least 18 years of age and having been enrolled in a U.S. Department of Education accredited 2-year or 4-year college, university or trade school after January 1, 2004. Employees of GradeYourHousing.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families (or those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the Prize Drawing. By entering the Prize Drawing, participants agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: The Prize Drawing is an electronic randomized drawing, sponsored by GradeYourHousing.com. There are three (3) ways to enter the Prize Drawing.
I. All registered individuals who have successfully rated and reviewed a housing location on GradeYourHousing.com on or after July 1, 2005 and before 11:59 p.m. (EST) on September 30, 2005 shall automatically be entered one (1) entry for a chance to win the sweepstakes. If your location is not listed on GradeYourHousing.com you must first add it before rating and reviewing the location.
II. Any individual who does not wish to register and complete a housing review survey online may enter by hand-printing their name, street address, city, state, zip, telephone number, college or univerity name and complete email address on a 3” x 5 “ index card, placing it in an envelope and mailing it to GradeYourHousing.com PO Box 175 Coraopolis, PA 15108 . Mail entries must be postmarked by September 20, 2005 and received before 11:59 p.m. (EST) on September 30, 2005. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
III. Each eligible entrant entering by either of the first two methods, may also receive up to three (3) additional entries into the Sweepstakes by submitting unique valid email addresses for up to (3)three friends, who are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Submission of email addresses must be made by using the "Tell-a-friend" link on the GradeYourHousing.com website. Entrant must have a personal relationship with the individuals whose email addresses have been submitted. Sponsor will send an email to entrant's friends, encouraging them to complete the Survey and enter the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) additional entry for each unique valid email address submitted (up to a maximum of three (3)).

Drawing : The winner will be selected in a random drawing that is conducted after the official closing of the sweepstakes. The drawing shall take place on or about October 1, 2005. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: One (1) prize: Apple iPod mini 4 GB valued at $199.00. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash. GradeYourHousing.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All taxes on the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

Notification : Winners will be notified via e-mail within 10 business days after the drawing. Entrants will not be declared official winners until they have complied with all terms contained in these rules. Proof of enrollment in a United States College or University must be submitted to the Sponsor. At the discretion of the Sponsor, winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Failure to respond within ten(10) calendar days of the first notification will result in the disqualification of the winner and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event any winner declines his or her prize or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor will select an alternate winner.

Release of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in any Survey or panel membership application. Sponsor is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any Survey participant or panel applicant. If, for any reason, the Survey or panel recruitment effort is not capable of being executed as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Survey or panel recruitment, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing without notice. The winner agrees to release and hold harmless GradeYourHousing.com and their officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from loss, injury, death or other liability that may arise from participation in this sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of any prize.

Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, GradeYourHousing.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
